5. Credits and Payments

RoomStylePro operates on a credit-based system for generating room design visualizations. You can purchase credit packs to use the service. Prices and payment terms are specified on our website.

6. Refund Policy

• All credit purchases are final and non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account.
• If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using your credits, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase for assistance.
• Unused credits remain valid in your account and do not expire.
• We do not provide refunds for unused credits.
• In cases of unauthorized purchases or extreme circumstances, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund. These will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
• If you have any issues with our service or questions about a purchase, please contact our support team at support@roomstylepro.com within 7 days of the purchase date.

7. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

7.1 Generated Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of the original photos you upload to RoomStylePro.
• You are granted full ownership and commercial rights to the AI-generated design visualizations created from your uploaded photos.
• This includes the right to use, modify, distribute, and commercialize the generated design images for any lawful purpose.

7.2 Service Usage Rights

• All users, regardless of plan type, receive full commercial rights to generated content.
• You may use generated designs to:
  • Share with clients and contractors
  • Include in portfolios and marketing materials
  • Use for interior design business purposes
  • Print and display in any format
• Rights to generated content are perpetual and do not expire.

7.3 User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any photos you submit to RoomStylePro.
• You warrant that uploaded photos do not infringe on any third-party rights, including privacy rights or intellectual property rights.
• You must not upload photos that contain:
  • Copyrighted artwork or branded items as the primary focus
  • People without their consent
  • Private property without permission
• RoomStylePro is not liable for any disputes arising from your use of uploaded content or generated designs.
• You indemnify RoomStylePro against any claims related to your uploaded content.

8. User Content and Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload photos or attempt to generate content that is offensive, inappropriate, or infringes on others' rights
• Upload photos containing nudity, explicit content, illegal activities, or any content that could cause harm to others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or circumvent any content filters

We strive to prevent the processing of inappropriate content through our AI systems and moderation efforts. However, we cannot guarantee that all inappropriate content will be caught. Users are ultimately responsible for the photos they upload and should report any inappropriate content they encounter.

9. Content Moderation and Removal

• We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any content generated through our service that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.
• We may use automated systems and human review to moderate content.
• If you encounter any inappropriate content, please report it immediately to support@roomstylepro.com.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to RoomStylePro at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

11. Limitation of Liability

RoomStylePro is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service.

RoomStylePro shall not be liable for any use of design visualizations created by users, including but not limited to their use for personal or commercial purposes.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the generated designs complies with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.
